My degree was in Italian and History of Art at Edinburgh University and I graduated in 2008 having spent my Third Year Abroad in the mesmerising city of Florence! I studied at the university there and also worked on Time Out's Florence guidebook. I graduated from Bristol University in 2008, having studied French and Spanish. I decided to spend my Third Year Abroad in Paris and Buenos Aires in Argentina. I then went to Mexico, Puebla, to work as a language assistant once I'd graduated from Bristol. Having gone through setting up camp abroad three times now, I want to help others make their choices as smoothly as possible. If there's one thing I learnt from my year abroad, it's to come prepared! I'm really passionate about writing, but by far and away the best decision I ever made was to pack my bags and jet off to sunny Singapore for an editorial internship at a leading fashion and beauty magazine!
