I've been wondering about this too. Same question. I haven't heard anything from them since being accepted so I presume we're on our own.

You should now have an email explaining how to apply through the OeAD. It's surprisingly straightforward

Oooh you couldn't possibly copy and paste the email here could you? That would really help other students with the same questions! Thank you so much

Dear ERASMUS student,

I received the information, that you have been nominated for an
ERASMUS stay at the University of Vienna.

Please read the following information carefully!

In order to prepare your enrolment as ERASMUS student,
we kindly ask you to send us, if possible, at your earliest convenience:

1. *some specific personal data* sent to us in the Personal Data Sheet
you find attached.

Please fill in this form completely and return it to us by e-mail as an
Excel-file. (Please label the Excel-file with your family name and
mention your family name in the subject of the e-mail, too.)

(If you have already preregistered online for a study at the University
of Vienna in the past, please inform us about it to be able to consider
this, too.)

2. *the ERASMUS-Certificate* (see attachment) that certifies officially
that you have been nominated for the ERASMUS programme
(by fax or scanned by e-mail would be sufficient)

Deadline for both documents:
1 July (winter semester) / 31 December (summer semester)

This E-Mail is for your information only. If you have already sent us
the *ERASMUS-Certificate* or the *Personal Data Sheet*, it is NOT
necessary to do it again.

Our semester dates:
Winter semester: 1 October - 31 January
Summer semester: 1 March - 30 June

We recommend to arrive in Vienna not later than the end of September for
the winter semester or the end of February for the summer semester.

Please click on the following link if you would like to find contact
details of the departmental coordinator at the University of Vienna of
your field of study, who is the person in charge for subject-specific
questions (like questions of detail about courses of your field of study):
erasmus.univie.ac.at/

Please click on "Plätze" on the left hand side, then choose your field
of study at "Studienrichtung", choose your country at "Land" and click
on "Suche starten".

In the column "Koord. Wien" you find the name of the departmental
coordinator.
Please click on "KoordinatorInnen" (on the left hand side) where you
can find the name and click on "Detail" to find the contact details like
e-mail address, etc...

We are sorry that this web site is in German only as it is basically
provided for students from the University of Vienna who want to study at
an international university. If you have any questions because of the
German expressions, please do not hesitate to contact us.

As this website is normally provided for "Outgoings", there is no more
relevant information for you.
Therefore we kindly ask you to take a look at the following web site for
more Incoming-information, where also our *Welcome Guide* (you find it
also attached) with lots of practical information can be downloaded and
where you additionally find a *FAQ area*:
international.univie.ac.at/
-> Incoming Students -> Erasmus

Here you find a checklist as well as important information
about Housing, preparatory German course, Buddy, etc...

Please read the Welcome Guide and the FAQs carefully!

We are very pleased that you chose the University of Vienna
for your ERASMUS stay!

Kind regards,

Alexandra Pospisil und Roman Schett
