Students at QMUL are encouraged to study abroad thanks to the university’s various links to partner universities across the globe. Students of all departments (with the exception of Law, Medicine and Dentistry) are eligible to apply. At QMUL, Modern Language students can choose to work, study or teach abroad as part of the Erasmus scheme. German students can also choose to study or work abroad at independent German institution, checking with their year abroad coordinators first.

    City of Cosmos
London: style, economy, politics, severe kudos – this place has seen it all, representing a veritable melting pot of cultures and history. Boasting more than 30 different universities and institutes, the place is literally heaving with students, which is surprising, seeing as London ranks as one of the most expensive cities in the world! Yet, it does attract its fair share of tourists and students, national and foreign, and with good reason. You cannot tire of a city whose radius extends 30 miles, offering parks, museums, galleries, coffee shops, cinemas, clubs, pubs and high-brow restaurants all across town.
